Once you have considered and decided on the property you would like to purchase, you will apply for the purchase. We will preliminary mortgage screening and adjust contract terms as necessary.
Once you have completed your application, you will enter into a sales contract and pay the deposit.
You will pay the remaining amount using your own funds (other than the deposit) and loan execution funds (such as loans). Fixed asset taxes and other expenses will be settled and delivered.
